Description | GL3-CE Professional Hot Sell Durable Auto Spray Paint Booth

Our experience with spray paint booth technology is second to none and we will guide you from the beginning to end in choosing the correct paint booth for you auto body shop.


Main room & basement:

  1. Wall panel: sandwich style, δ=50mm,  rock wool. (Polystyrene is optional)
  2. Basement: steel structure, 3 rows of vein board and 2 rows of grids, full grids as optional.
  3. Door: 3 pieces of front door without aluminum side cover. 1 piece of emergency door with pressure lock.
  4. Ramp: 2 pieces of vein board.


Fan & ducts:

  1. Fan:One 7.5 kw intake fan and one 5.5 kw exhaust fan.
  2. 4 meters straight exhaust ducts, one 90° bend, and one 60° bend. 5 straight chimney and 2 small bends.
  3. Spraying/baking transition damper, automatically air controlled.


Heating & filter system:

  1. Heat ex-changer: stainless steel. Riello G20 burner.
  2. Roof filter: 4 pieces of filter, mounted above support frame, which is made of steel and powder coated.
  3. 2 pieces of floor filter and 1 piece of outlet filter.


Light & control box

  1. Upper light: 10 sets, 4*40w per set. side lights: 8 sets,2*40w.
  2. Control box: components is import, overload, overheat, phase-lacking protection, straight driven motor
  3. Automatically stop when preset time is up.Constant temperature spraying.
  4. Environmental filter:  the equipment can be adopted M style activated carbon or drawer style activated carbon as optional.
