Description | GL9-CE Professional Factory Supply Midsize Spray Booth

Manufacturing of paint booth, spray paint booth, industrial paint booth, industrial spray paint booth, car spray paint booth, car paint booth, bus spray paint booth, bus paint booth.

 

Main body & basement:

--Wall panel: sandwich style, δ=50mm, rock wool. (Polystyrene is optional)

--Basement: steel structure, full grids. ramp: 2 pieces of grids.

--Door: 3 pieces of front door without aluminum side cover. 1 piece of emergency door with pressure lock.

 

Fans & ducts:

--One unit of 11 KW intake fan, and one unit of 7.5 KW exhaust fan.

--4m straight exhaust ducts, one 90° bend, and one 60° bend. 5m straight chimney and 2 small bends.

--Spraying/baking transition damper, automatically air controlled.

 

Heat & filters:

--Heat ex-changer: stainless steel. Riello RG5S burner.

--Roof filter: 8 piece of filter, mounted above support frame, which is made of steel and powder coated.

--5 pieces of floor filter and 2 piece of air mouth filter.

 

LED Light & control box:

--Upper light: 12 sets, 4*18w per set. side lights: 10sets, 4*18w.

--Control box: imported components, overload, overheat, phase-lacking, phase-locking protection,

  engine Y/△ start.

--Automatically stop when preset time is up.

--Constant temperature spraying.

--Environmental filter :either M style or drawer style active carbon equipment can be adopted.
